Additional nominations by petition of at least 50 members for any of the open officers, Vice President or Director at Large positions shall be accepted by the Secretary if received with all materials needed for ballot by May 31, 1998 (Bylaw 3, Section 4).

Section 5 of Bylaw 3 states that voting on the Directors representing subdivisions shall be limited to those subdivisions.

Directors representing the subdivisions in Division A and D shall be nominated by those subdivisions by May 15, 1998. In accordance with Bylaw 3, Section 6, the Secretary will mail to all members a ballot plus a brief biographical profile of each nominee, on or before July 31.
